About this role
Location: Eunos Duration: Immediate – 31 March 2027 Working Hours: 5.5 days office hours (Sometimes need to start as early as 730am) Salary: $10.50-13/ hr Job Scope Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls. Arrange Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) referrals and perform data collation. Provide administrative support to medical, nursing and allied health teams under the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP). Cross-cover duties when required to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements: Min.
