Plant Operation Assistant - West (Up To $3,500) #Njn

Jurong Pier (transport pickup at Lakeside) Mon - Thurs 8.15am - 5.30pm, Fri 8.15am - 5pm Up to $3500 (over 13 Months) • Maintain and service production equipment (Tank Truck, Blending, Filling) • Perform preventive maintenance and TPM activities and follow up with various vendors for equipment and instruments calibration (WS, WB, FM, TG, heat sealer) • Assist contract vendor to troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment issues • Liaise with various vendors to support upkeep of facility services such as air compressors, dryers, air-conditioning, plumbing, lighting and sprinkler systems • Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing processes • Perform daily machine start-up checks for production and facilities equipment • Maintain maintenance records, downtime logs, permits and equipment checklists • Support minor repair requests from internal departments • Conduct basic operational training of new equipment or tools / jig for production operators Requirements • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in manufacturing environment, with preference for Petrochemical industry • O&G with hands-on in basic mechanical/electrical/instrument trouble shooting Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
