Job Description Attend to patients’ enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system. Provide assistance such as arranging wheelchairs for patients when needed. Identify and tag fall-risk patients; distribute face masks and perform temperature screening for patients with flu-like symptoms. Promote and educate patients on the use of self-service kiosks and mobile applications. Assist with or perform basic measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure when required. Support patients with wayfinding and handle general enquiries. Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires Requirements Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. Service-oriented mindset with a caring and empathetic attitude toward patients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
