Salary: up to $4000 Duration: 1 year Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: Tanjong Pagar Job Description: Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development • Identify quality candidates across various channels. • Conduct proactive candidate searches and source mapping for critical and hard-to-fill positions. • Maintain or establish channels and talent databases for identified candidate profiles • Engage potential candidates, both active and passive, to ascertain interest and fit for current and emerging roles. Candidate Assessment & Selection • Conduct resume screening and candidate evaluations against job requirements and competencies. • Perform phone and virtual screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability, motivation, and fit to the organisational culture and roles.
