We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support learning initiatives, coordinate training programmes, and contribute to the growth and development of employees across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the full spectrum of learning and development activities, from programme scheduling and registrations to attendance tracking and post-training administration. Serve as the key point of contact for learning and HR-related enquiries, providing timely support to internal stakeholders. Partner with various departments to promote learning programmes and encourage employee participation. Maintain accurate learning records and ensure training databases are updated consistently. Liaise with external training providers and coordinate development programmes and learning initiatives. Support the implementation of employee development projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare reports, monitor training-related expenses, process invoices, and assist with HR administrative functions. Maintain HR documentation, policies, and records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure all learning activities are carried out in accordance with organisational policies and compliance requirements. Requirements Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification. Experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, HR Operations, or a related function. Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or similar environments will be advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with HR systems.
