Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial records within accounting systems. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, accounting regulations, and internal policies. Prepare accurate financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and income statements. Maintain records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions. Support revenue accounting processes, including revenue recognition and deferred revenue reporting. Review and maintain billing information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Prepare accounting reports, process documentation, and financial memos while providing timely support to internal stakeholders and external vendors. Perform complex reconciliations and ensure all supporting documentation is completed within required timelines. Prepare and review quarterly financial and association reports. Represent the finance function in cross-functional projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, support implementation of new processes, provide training where required, and monitor process effectiveness. Undertake additional finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Well-organised with strong time management abilities.
