Accounts Executive (Partial Sets) - Up To $3,500 / East #Njn

Ubi 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) Total 10 headcounts • Process payments, receipts, journal entries, and accounting transactions. • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including collections. • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain General Ledger accuracy. • Support month-end/year-end closing, accruals, provisions, and foreign currency revaluation. • Prepare financial reports, inventory summaries, and management reports for HQ. • Assist with GST filing, audits, and statutory reporting. • Monitor CAPEX, time deposits, and internal cost allocations. • Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal stakeholders on finance matters. • Handle office administration, procurement, travel arrangements, and facilities management. • Provide operational and administrative support, including invoicing and documentation.
