Working Hours Inpatient Pharmacy 5.25 Days Work Week Staggered ShiftsEarliest start: 7:30amLatest end: 8:00pm Required to work 1 Sunday per month (off-in-lieu provided on a weekday) Inpatient Pharmacy Responsibilities Pick, pack, and label medications according to SOPs. Perform medication reconciliation activities including counting, sorting, and prescription processing. Support billing and dispensing functions. Perform de-blistering and unit-dose repackaging of medications. Operate and monitor pharmacy automation and dispensing systems. Troubleshoot system and repackaging issues. Conduct stock counts and inventory management activities. Ensure medication quality and compliance with pharmacy standards. Dispense medications under pharmacist supervision. Provide basic bedside medication counselling where required. Assist with nurse requests and medication-related enquiries. Support workflow audits and ensure compliance with medication safety policies and SOPs.
