Location: Bukit Merah/ Jurong Job Scope: Conduct speech and language assessments for clients during admission and periodic reviews Design plans and conduct speech and language interventions for clients using evidence-based practices Provide individual and group interventions for clients Assist in the discharge planning and care plan for clients Participate in case discussion with care team Assist in the development and review of rehabilitation and wellness programmes for clients Training and supervision of therapy assistants Job Requirements: Min.
