12 Months Insurance Analyst, Advisor Operations ($3000-$3700) #Byr

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end advisor onboarding processes, including pre- and post-onboarding checks, credit monitoring, and telecentre call audits. Support advisor onboarding, offboarding, and account maintenance across internal platforms. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, custodians, counterparties, and external vendors to resolve operational queries and provide timely support. Prioritise and manage daily operational activities while ensuring accuracy and meeting tight turnaround timelines. Monitor operational risks, identify system issues, and escalate incidents where appropriate. Ensure all processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational control standards. Assist with ad hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives as required. Requirements Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification. 1–2 years of experience in insurance or financial services operations. Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment with strict service level timelines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using multiple operational systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Experience with unit trust transfers or investment operations will be an advantage.
