📢 Hiring: Customer Support Engineer / Specialist Industry: Role supports the Semiconductor business Location: Changi Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: S$4,200 – S$5,500/month Position: Customer Support Engineer / Specialist Key Responsibilities 🔹 Customer Support Provide prompt technical support and information to customers. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Gather and communicate customer feedback on product quality, delivery and services to internal teams. Initiate and coordinate customer satisfaction improvement activities across departments. 🔹 Quality & Compliance Comply with all company and customer quality, safety and compliance requirements. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Observe safety procedures and use approved work methods both within the factory and at customer sites. 🔹 Failure Analysis Perform failure analysis on defective products after receiving the necessary training. Prepare detailed failure analysis reports. Verify and identify defective products accurately. 🔹 Defect & Crisis Management Lead containment and control activities during quality issues. Escalate critical issues appropriately when required. Support operational tasks based on training plans and business needs.
