Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI-related projects from initiation through implementation. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with stakeholders. Develop and monitor project plans, including schedules, risks, dependencies, and project milestones. Coordinate project activities across business users, data teams, IT, and governance stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams. Work closely with analysts to prepare project updates, monitor progress, and support user adoption after implementation. Manage external vendors to ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards. Track project performance and recommend continuous improvements based on project outcomes. Requirements Degree qualification or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience managing data analytics, business intelligence, or data-related projects. Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Good understanding of data concepts, including dashboards, data warehouses, data pipelines, and analytics platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. Highly organised, proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
