Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Nursing Administration team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective coordination across nursing services and stakeholders. Coordinate and manage meetings, committees, and workgroups, including scheduling, logistics arrangements, agenda compilation, minute-taking, and follow-up of action items. Provide secretariat support to nursing leadership and key committees. Analyse operational data, service utilisation trends, workforce statistics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support management reporting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare reports, data summaries, presentations, and management papers to facilitate informed decision-making and operational reviews. Support the governance and maintenance of nursing policies, procedures, work instructions, and Patient & Family Education Materials (PFEMs), ensuring document control, compliance, version management, and timely review cycles. Lead and support departmental projects, events, service improvement initiatives, and strategic programmes in partnership with nursing leaders and cross-functional teams. Assist nursing leadership in operational planning, departmental reviews, implementation of strategic initiatives, and coordination of follow-up actions. Perform other administrative and operational duties as required, including nursing roster administration, resource coordination, and support for evolving service and business needs. Requirements Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in administration, operations support, project coordination, or a similar function. Experience within the healthcare sector will be advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A proactive, organised, and resourceful team player who can work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
