About this role
We are hiring Assistants/Centre Managers to be outsourced to our clients. Responsibilities Manage customer acquisition and relationships by onboarding parents, recommending suitable coding programmes, coordinating community events, and supporting customer engagement initiatives. Handle administrative duties, maintain CRM records, liaise with the teaching team on student progress, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Prior experience in education, community engagement, customer success, student care, or tuitoring is an added advantage.
