Location: Robinson Road Duration: 6-9 months (maternity coverage) Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6 Salary: Up to $8000 Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including preparation, review and submission of tax returns, transfer pricing reports and tax payments across Singapore and other jurisdictions. Prepare tax provisions (including Pillar Two taxes) and support monthly, quarterly and semi-annual financial reporting. Liaise with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and advisory deliverables. Assist with tax budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning, including assessing tax impacts from business changes. Monitor changes in tax regulations, conduct tax research and support recommendations to Senior Management. Provide ad hoc tax support, coordinate information requests and assist the tax team on various projects and cross-functional initiatives. Job Requirements: At least 10 years of relevant tax and accounting experience in a MNC and/or in a public accounting firm specialising in tax. Preferably Chartered Accountant (CA) or member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with degree in accountancy or equivalent qualification. Experience in IFRS reporting and preparing / reviewing tax returns for Singapore (corporate tax, GST and withholding tax) is a must. Experience in tax compliance in countries outside Singapore is an advantage. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 applications, particularly MS Excel and Word is a must. Proficiency in Oracle financial system is an advantage. Experience in advising on tax issues for cross border aircraft leasing and sale transactions is an advantage. Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
