Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational projects and strategic initiatives Drive process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service delivery Partner with internal stakeholders to identify operational gaps and recommend practical solutions Coordinate logistics, scheduling, travel arrangements, and operational reporting requirements Assist with budget monitoring, procurement administration, and resource allocation activities Support facilities management, workspace planning, and office transition projects Handle operational administrative duties including onboarding coordination, purchasing activities, and invoice processing Maintain accurate records, reports, databases, and documentation Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements Contribute to emergency preparedness and business continuity planning initiatives What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in any discipline Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Meticulous, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to work Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Training and guidance will be provided Why Join This Opportunity?
