Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to Clinical Project Managers and study teams throughout the lifecycle of clinical trials. Assist with budget administration, including vendor creation, invoice processing, payment tracking, and budget monitoring. Maintain clinical trial trackers, study management tools, and support clinical trial registrations. Coordinate logistics for clinical studies, including shipment of study samples, procurement of study materials, and training arrangements. Perform quality checks on study protocols, informed consent forms, and study-related materials to ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Support preparation of newsletters, communications, presentations, and study-related documentation. Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, templates, and training materials. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including data management, documentation quality, and clinical trial management systems. Perform other duties assigned by the Clinical Project Manager or department. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline. Prior experience in clinical research, clinical trials, clinical operations, or research administration is preferred. Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
