💊 QA Executive | Up to $4,500 | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing | 5-Day Work Week 🌟 📍 Location: MacPherson ⚠️ Please ensure you are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with product smells. 🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM 💰 Salary: S$3,700 – S$4,500/month 🔍 What You'll Be Doing Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) . Manage and control quality documentation, including SOPs, specifications, work instructions, and quality records. Ensure compliance with GMP, PIC/S, ICH, ASEAN Guidelines, FDA , and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate change control , conduct impact assessments, and ensure timely implementation and closure. Support deviation investigations , perform root cause analysis, and manage Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) . Provide QA support for manufacturing operations and resolve quality compliance issues. Prepare and review Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and Management Review reports. Handle customer complaints, product recalls, product returns, and counterfeit investigations. Review packaging artwork, specifications, and technical drawings for regulatory compliance. Support equipment qualification, validation, machine testing, and trial runs. Monitor accelerated and real-time stability programmes. Promote Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) .
