Salary: $3.2k - $3.7k Location: Buroh Street (Pickup provided at Jurong East station) Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Key Responsibilities: Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders. Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders. Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule. Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers. Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers. Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license. Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly. Any other assigned duties by supervisor. Required Skills & Qualifications: Competent in MS Office and Outlook Candidates with 2-3 years of experience are welcome Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system Good in mathematical calculations.
