About this role
We are hiring an Order Management Specialist to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities Manage service parts and accessories orders across Asia Pacific, ensuring timely order processing and supply operations. Coordinate with distributors, suppliers, and freight forwarders on shipment arrangements and documentation. Handle warranty claims, logistics issues, supplier payments via SAP, and prepare monthly KPI reports. Support after-sales operations while ensuring smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Min degree in Logistics or related discipline.
