We are hiring a Locum Case Manager (Counselling Services) to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities: Provide case management support to students, including coordinating care and monitoring wellbeing. Conduct mental health screening and triage to assess students' needs and refer them to appropriate support services. Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment for students requiring additional support. Advocate for students' mental health and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support health and wellbeing initiatives across the university. Min Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related discipline. Able to conduct risk assessments and manage complex or at-risk cases. Prior experience in mental health, counselling, or community case management is advantageous.
