Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional showroom experience. Engage customers, understand their needs, and capture customer enquiries in the CRM system. Support daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administrative duties, and cashiering when required. Maintain showroom presentation and assist with promotional activities, events, and social media content. Collect customer feedback and support other operational duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with social media and content creation is an advantage. Able to work according to mall operating hours.
