We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount, and the details of the position are: Job title: IT Operations Engineer (Contract, Access Control, Smart card management, ITSM ticketing) Job details: We are looking for IT Operations Engineers to support our physical access control and identity management operations. You will be responsible for smart card lifecycle management — including printing, user access provisioning and door access control — alongside user account management in SAP, application account and access administration, and batch job scheduling for the door access database. Responsibilities: Print, issue and manage the lifecycle of smart cards for all authorised users Manage smart card user access — provision, modify and revoke user access in line with approved requests Configure and maintain door access profiles and assignments; ensure access is granted in line with policy Perform smart card quality control checks; identify and resolve card defects or printing issues Manage user accounts in SAP — create, modify, assign roles and deactivate accounts per approved requests Manage application account and access provisioning across business applications within defined SLAs Schedule, monitor and maintain batch jobs for the door access database; respond to job failures promptly Conduct periodic access reviews and report exceptions to the appropriate governance team Maintain accurate documentation for all smart card, access and account management activities Raise and manage ITSM tickets for smart card and access-related incidents and service requests Ensure all operational activities are performed in line with defined processes and audit requirements Contribute to continuous improvement of operational procedures and documentation standards Job requirements: Smart card management — smart card printing, issuance, replacement and lifecycle administration Smart card user access management — provisioning, modification and revocation of smart card user access Smart card door access management — door access profile configuration, assignment and review Smart card quality control — card verification, quality checking and issue resolution SAP user account management — user account creation, modification, role assignment and deactivation in SAP Application account and access management — provisioning and lifecycle management across business applications Access governance — access review, compliance checking and segregation of duties awareness Batch job scheduling — scheduling and monitoring batch jobs for the door access database Database operations — basic understanding of door access database management and job monitoring Documentation — maintaining accurate operational records, process documentation and audit trails ITSM — incident and service request management for access and smart card related issues Process adherence — following defined procedures and maintaining audit-ready operational standards Interested applicants please send your resume to rita@recruitexpress.com.sg and look for: Rita Shi Tianhe Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599 EA Personnel Number: R26162019 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
