1 Year Contract HR Executive, Talent Acquisition (Healthcare) #Hjo

Job Responsibilities: Source and attract quality candidates through various recruitment channels, job portals, and talent networks. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including critical and hard-to-fill positions. Conduct proactive candidate sourcing, market mapping, and talent identification. Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements and competency frameworks. Engage and build relationships with both active and passive candidates throughout the recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment support and market insights. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and effective stakeholder coordination. Support recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, and other talent acquisition activities as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or talent sourcing. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
