We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to play a key role in supporting business operations, strengthening employee engagement, and delivering strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that support organizational goals and operational excellence. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization. Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development. Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through proactive employee engagement initiatives. Lead and manage employee relations matters, including conducting workplace investigations, resolving concerns, and providing practical HR solutions. Coach and support managers in HR policies, people management, and leadership development. Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement effective HR initiatives. Contribute to manpower planning, organizational development, and strategic HR projects. Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies. Support additional HR initiatives and projects as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
