Contract Bank Regulatory Compliance Executive, Audit & Assurance #Blm

Jobs Responsibilities Conduct regulatory monitoring, surveillance and thematic reviews to assess compliance with MAS regulations and internal policies. Perform testing of key controls, identify compliance gaps and prepare clear monitoring reports with recommendations. Support the development of monitoring tools, reports and dashboards to improve testing efficiency and quality. Prepare monthly regulatory reports and management updates for senior management, Board and Head Office. Support regulatory inspections, internal audits and external audits by coordinating information and responding to queries. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of findings and strengthen the bank's compliance framework. Job Requirements Experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Compliance Testing or Risk within Banking or Financial Services.
