About this role
Duties: Coordinate daily logistics, supply chain, packaging or order fulfilment activities. Liaise with customers, internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Process customer orders and maintain accurate records and documentation. Monitor inventory levels, materials and shipment status. Support project coordination, packaging activities and operational planning. Prepare reports, update databases and ensure data accuracy. Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams. Perform general administrative and coordination duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related disciplines.
