Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions. Document business workflows, functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and system specifications with clarity and accuracy. Support system administration activities, including user access management, workflow configuration, and onboarding processes. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data insights to support operational decision-making and performance tracking. Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and enhancements. Participate in solution evaluations, proof-of-concept exercises, and digital innovation initiatives to identify opportunities for greater efficiency. Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change management activities. Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise and government-related technology platforms. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in business analysis, systems support, IT operations, digital transformation, or related functions. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, business documentation, or reporting tools will be advantageous. Familiarity with enterprise applications, workflow systems, or digital platforms is an added advantage.
