What You'll Be Doing Support the care and development of children aged 18 months to 6 years in a safe, positive and engaging learning environment. Participate in a structured training programme combining classroom learning with practical workplace attachment. Receive continuous guidance, coaching and real-time feedback from experienced educators. Build essential teaching and classroom management skills while developing professionally. Complete a sponsored Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching (Conversion) programme. Upon successful completion of the programme, be deployed as an Early Childhood Teacher supporting the learning and development of young children. Deliver lessons and communicate effectively in Chinese, as the role involves teaching the Chinese language to preschool children. What We're Looking For Diploma from a local polytechnic in any discipline. Degree holders are also welcome to apply. Ability to deliver preschool lessons and communicate effectively in Chinese, as the role involves teaching the Chinese language to preschool children.
