About this role
We are hiring Customer Care Officer to be outsourced to our clients Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries through voice and non-voice channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Handle customer enquiries and complaints relating to utility accounts, billing matters, account opening and termination, bill adjustments, and consumption-related issues. Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain customer satisfaction. Ensure productivity and quality targets are consistently achieved. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. Support other administrative and operational duties as assigned Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact centre or customer service environment handling voice and/or non-voice channels is an added advantage.
