About this role
Ensure accurate policy details (validity, policy number, coverage) input to prevent rework or manual corrections to achieve higher STP rates. Cross-check different system. Document preparation task including merge, split documents in one submission by determine the policy benefits and provider types. Optimize workflows based on high volume claims and achieve it within same day turn around time. Liaise with and follow up with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements (if any) Build collaborative relationships with and ensure that claims registration are well managed for both internal and external key stakeholders (i.e policyholders,distribution servicing rep, ) to achieve claims business objectives. Suggest and participate in process improvement projects/ initiatives/ system enhancement, including establish claims best practices. Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor.
