Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment activities. Source and engage suitable candidates through various recruitment channels and talent networks. Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups. Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate suitability based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract quality talent. Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports as required. Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and relevant employment regulations. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Requirements Degree from a recognised institution. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with good administrative and coordination skills.
