Digital Transformation Business Analyst / IT Systems Analyst #HDC Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities. Analyse, document, and translate business needs into clear workflows, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation. Support the implementation and configuration of digital systems and platforms to improve operational efficiency. Facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Assist in Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, system enhancements, and process automation projects. Develop, maintain, and generate reports to support business insights and decision-making. Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and validation of system enhancements. Support user onboarding, system access management, and governance processes. Contribute to change management efforts by preparing user guides, training materials, and process documentation. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, IT project support, systems implementation, or process improvement initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate across multiple teams. Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow management platforms, reporting tools, or enterprise applications will be advantageous.
