6 Months Senior Hrbp / Regional HR Generalist (Sea) | Up To $12000 #Nka

Location: Esplanade Duration: 6 months contract Salary: Up to $12000 Job Responsibilities: Partner with managers and senior leaders across Singapore and Southeast Asia to provide HR advisory on performance management, leadership coaching, organisational development, employee relations and HR policies. Support business strategies and drive HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals across multiple entities. Lead and support regional HR projects, change management initiatives and process improvements, including Workday enhancements. Collaborate with regional HR teams on leadership development, diversity & inclusion, total rewards and talent acquisition strategies. Develop, implement and review HR solutions, policies and processes while mitigating organisational risks. Support the design and rollout of company-wide HR programmes and initiatives. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while partnering with stakeholders across the region. Job Requirements: Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably within a large multinational environment. Able to start immediately or within short notice. Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders. Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, organisational development and change management. Experience leading HR projects and implementing HR initiatives across complex organisations. Familiarity with employment laws, labour relations and HR best practices. Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent planning and prioritisation abilities.
