About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. This role will primarily support payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and shared services functions within the organisation. Key Responsibilities Process monthly payroll using Info-Tech HRMS . Administer compensation and benefits activities. Provide HR shared services support and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support HR administration and other assigned HR initiatives. Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline. Experience in payroll processing using Info-Tech HRMS . Experience in compensation & benefits and HR shared services. Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
