HR Officer (1 Year/Govt) - Training Provided/West/Up To $3K #Hao

Salary: up to $3000 Duration: 1 year contract Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: One North/Jurong Job Description: • Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes. • Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support. • Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding. • Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages. • Ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement. • Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services. • Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
