About this role
Location: Shenton Way Duration: 1 year contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30 Salary: Up to $3500 + 1 month completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Assist with month-end closing and preparation of monthly profit & loss reports and service performance analysis. Verify and reconcile agents' disbursements, statements of accounts, and outstanding balances, ensuring compliance with company policies. Monitor operating cost provisions, unbilled/unearned revenue, and bunker stock reports for monthly accuracy. Process supplier invoices and clear agent disbursements promptly within stipulated timelines. Perform account reconciliations and support ad hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience Preferably with SAP Consulting experience or SAP experience in commercial environment Strong working knowledge of MS Excel Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
