Sales Coordinator (Metals) #Njn

• Assists the sales team with quotations and proposals. • Enter orders into the sales system and update excel files in the shared folder. • Coordinate with clients on inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support. • Confirms customer specification to a specific heat (Single heat) for sales. • Generate ad-hoc invoices and credit note where applicable. • Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics. • Maintains records of related information. • Check and confirm customer purchase orders consistent with established district procedures and submit to the intranet. • Coordinates projects with Inside Sales Reps and Sales Manager. • Assists Inside Sales in any non-direct sales related issues necessary to service an account. • Coordinates efforts between departments in order to expediently respond to a customer's need. • Manage supplier portal from key customers and perform daily update from Ops and Supply Chain • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Perform filing and document management duties, both physical and electronic. Administrative Support • Support office administration work. • Distribution of letters and documents. • Manage stationery supplies, coordinate water bottles orders for dispensers, and oversee office cleaner services. • Performs other related work as assigned.
