Portfolio Management  Contribute to the maintenance of SEA&I Technology strategic roadmap  Actively participate in the annual and quarterly strategic planning lifecycle  Develop and manage the portfolio needed to execute our annual operating plans  Manage portfolio operational status & health reporting  Comprehensive budgeting to include forecasts & actuals  Issue and manage purchase orders and billings related to Technology spend. Project Management  Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics  Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans  Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget  Identify and mitigate risks and issues  Conduct regular post-project reviews  Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams  Align technical execution with organizational goals  Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams  Drive process optimization and efficiency Asset Tracking & Lifecycle  Oversee physical, financial, or digital asset tracking - from acquisition and maintenance through to disposal  Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize returns, track asset lifecycles and mitigate risks across various asset categories  Monitor asset performance metrics/dashboards and ensure adherence to relevant financial, regulatory compliance, globally aligned standards and processes.
