Location: Kaki Bukit Duration: 1 year contract Salary: Up to $2500 Job Responsibilities: Perform data entry and maintain preventive maintenance (PMS) records for equipment. Retrieve, file and organise PMS documents, service reports and contracts. Support Finance and Commercial teams with document retrieval for invoicing and payment claims. Scan, archive and maintain service reports, contracts and annual testing documentation. Coordinate servicing schedules and maintain the master servicing calendar. Assist with fixed repair administration, including invoice filing, fee recording and timesheet entries. Support spare parts and tool management, including inventory records and documentation. Prepare and dispatch customer correspondence and invoices. Assist with audit document retrieval, archiving and general administrative support.
