Production Admin Coordinator (Pharma, Up To $3000) #Hcg

Job Scope Plan and coordinate pre-production activities for the packaging of clinical trial supplies. Prepare accurate pack designs that meet client requirements and GMP standards. Raise and manage documentation updates when pack designs differ from original project requirements. Procure packaging materials, label stock, and equipment to support production timelines. Work closely with Project Management to ensure project requirements and client approvals are completed on time. Coordinate label setup and printing requirements with internal and external stakeholders. Set up packaging configurations and jobs within relevant systems. Prepare and maintain packaging and labeling documentation, including label print forms and batch records. Ensure all activities comply with GMP, regulatory, and company SOP requirements.
