About this role

• Lead the end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of HRIS enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities tailored to the banking and financial services industry. • Serve as the subject matter expert on HRIS best practices, data security, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to standards such as SOX and GDPR. • Support large-scale HRIS implementations, including system migrations, upgrades, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and compliance systems. • Oversee data conversion activities while maintaining the highest levels of data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. • Deliver advanced user support, training, and documentation for HRIS users across HR, payroll, risk, and compliance functions. • Partner with external vendors and internal IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, enhance system performance, and implement innovative HRIS solutions. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive automation across HRIS and related HR operations. • Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates to ensure HRIS solutions remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with business needs. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 8 years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in banking or financial services. • In-depth knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and their application in the financial sector. Workday implementation experience preferred. • Demonstrated success managing complex HRIS projects, system integrations, and process improvements. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Expertise in regulatory compliance, data security, and risk management within financial services. • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.
