Position Overview • We are looking for quick thinking, innovative, motivated Recruitment Consultants with demonstrated technical agility to work with our team to help evolve, maintain, troubleshoot and support our recruitment and platform users. • Employees are rewarded and recognized based off performance and results. • Real advancement opportunities based off performance. • The selected candidate will develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to hire top talent in a highly competitive talent market Responsibilities • Lead full cycle recruitment processes and managing the candidate experience from end to end. · Interview and assess potential candidates · Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels · Carry out business development activities & build rapport with both new & existing clients · Improve and guide new hires through the on-boarding program · Participate in company events and assist in campus outreach • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Min. Diploma/Degree in any field of study. Strong interest in marketing and/or business development Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people On the job training provided!
