Production Supervisor

Up to $4,000 Location: Jalan Pemimpin area, Singapore Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm Our client, a nutraceutical manufacturing company, is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead production floor operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Production Operations Oversee machinery operation and production line activities Monitor output to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met Conduct basic equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Coordinate with external vendors for technical support when needed Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for batch traceability People Management Supervise production floor staff Onboard and train team members on standard procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene practices Work cross-functionally with other departments to plan production schedules Quality & Safety Support internal and external audits related to food safety management systems Uphold compliance with relevant manufacturing standards and regulations Maintain and update SOPs and related documentation Requirements Min 5 years' experience in a production/manufacturing setting (food, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industries preferred) Proven experience supervising or leading a team Comfortable working hands-on with production equipment Knowledge of GMP and quality management systems such as ISO Proficient in English for reporting and documentation Familiar with digital tools and cloud-based file sharing platforms Forklift license is a plus Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-minded Flexible and adaptable Interested candidates, please apply with your updated resume or send it directly to liz.ooi@recruitexpress.com.sg .
