Contract Sea Freight Import Operations Executive (3–6 Months | Immediate Start)

Job Summary Join a freight forwarding company as a Temporary Sea Freight Import Operations Executive on a 3 to 6 month contract, managing import operations to ensure compliance and timely processing of shipments. Responsibilities Manage daily sea freight import operations by coordinating with customers and origin offices to ensure smooth shipment processing Apply established procedures and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance throughout import processes Prepare and submit accurate customs clearance documents, inward permit applications, delivery orders, and packing lists aligned with customer needs and trade regulations Generate and issue timely and precise billing and invoicing to customers, including handling COD accounts Accurately compile and submit information for GST and customs declarations to meet regulatory standards Required competencies and certifications Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore import procedures and customs regulations essential for compliance Experience in preparing and managing shipping documentation and operational processes for sea freight imports Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sea freight import operations Other Information Location: Singpost Centre Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Salary: $2,800 – $3,800 (commensurate with experience) Liz Ooi Li Chen Recruit Express Services Pte Ltd EA Licence No: 13C6614 | EA Personnel Reg No: R1104561 ---
