Math Teacher

Job Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students of various learning abilities. Foster a welcoming, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning. Utilise a variety of teaching strategies to promote conceptual understanding and student engagement. Drive strong academic performance and help students achieve their learning goals. Conduct engaging trial lessons to support student enrolment and programme conversion. Assess students' academic progress and provide timely feedback to support continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of students' performance, attendance, and development. Provide weekly progress updates and maintain regular communication with parents. Build positive and professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Participate actively in curriculum planning, teacher meetings, and professional development programmes. Adopt and implement the organisation's teaching methodology following training. Perform other teaching and administrative duties assigned by management. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a relevant specialisation, or a Diploma/Degree in Education. Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience, preferably in Mathematics. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organisational, classroom management, and time management skills. Creative, enthusiastic, and energetic with a passion for teaching. Possess a positive attitude and growth mindset. Computer literate and comfortable using technology in lesson delivery. Willing to undergo training in the organisation's teaching methodology.
