Sales Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for the company’s manufacturing products and services. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while managing and growing existing key accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships at both operational and executive levels. Understand customer technical requirements and collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to propose suitable manufacturing solutions. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and commercial bids. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer site visits. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
