About this role
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets and strengthen brand awareness. Lead, coach and manage the Student Recruitment & Partnerships team to ensure operational excellence and high service standards. Build and maintain partnerships with secondary schools, tertiary institutions, education partners and community organisations to generate recruitment opportunities. Monitor lead generation and conversion performance, analyse follow-up reports and recommend improvements to optimise recruitment outcomes. Attend to customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email and live chat during peak periods. Plan and execute Open Houses, education fairs, roadshows, school outreach programmes and other recruitment events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful recruitment campaigns. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years' of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales or marketing, with prior team leadership experience. Proven experience in recruitment events, school outreach and Market Engagement. Sound understanding of lead management, customer engagement and sales conversion. Good knowledge of Singapore's higher education landscape, with an established network in the education sector being an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills. Results-driven, customer-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
