Cargo Sales Officer (Air Cargo)

📍 Location: Changi Airfreight Centre 💰 Salary: Up to S$3,000 🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities Support B2B sales activities by contacting customer accounts, identifying shipping requirements, and introducing new airline cargo solutions. Promote airline cargo space and service offerings based on customers' shipping requirements. Prepare and follow up on quotations, rates, and service proposals. Coordinate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. Negotiate freight rates and maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Achieve individual sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in air cargo sales, freight forwarding, or GSA-related roles . Familiar with airline cargo space promotion, rate negotiation, and client coordination. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers. Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
