📍 Work Location: Jurong Island | Company transport provided 🕘Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM 💰 Salary: Basic up to $5,000 per month Job Description Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system optimisation to keep plant operations running smoothly Lead installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical and instrumentation equipment Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues to reduce downtime and improve plant reliability Carry out root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions Manage engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget Support preventive maintenance programmes and equipment reliability initiatives Conduct safety audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations Liaise with headquarters technical teams on equipment performance and process improvements Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to engineers and technicians Work with external contractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and electrical and instrumentation systems Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and process modifications in a manufacturing or process plant environment Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings Knowledge of preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and reliability engineering practices Email resume to chiewjie@recruitlync.com or WhatsApp +65 87848422 (No calling, thanks!)
